You can consider where you first met, where you got engaged, your hometown, a place you visit often OR you can consider a place you have never been to before for your engagement photos. You can then get amazing outfits to compliment those locations and plan the perfect time of day and day of the week with your Atlanta wedding photographer and make killer engagement images! All it takes is a little planning and your engagement session can be more than just a trial run in front of the camera before your big day.
"I have had a crush on Clark since the first time I saw him at a college party playing a game of good old-fashioned pong. I noticed him immediately from how outgoing he was and the way the energy shifted when he walked in a room. His smile was infectious and radiated off him.
We made short introductions and went on with our lives. A few months later, Clark decided to go out on a limb and ask for my phone number. We exchanged some flirtatious banter over the summer and decided to see each other in person when we returned to Columbia for the fall semester. We had a Harry Potter marathon and I cooked him pasta. I found out he was a nerd and he learned that I could make a mean ravioli dish.
Seven years of memories later and we have introduced a furry child into our family, been on dozens on trips, and made Atlanta our new home.”

The next weekend we traveled to Downtown Atlanta and explored. Like really explored. First we went to Centennial Olympic Park with their pup Willie and of course, he stole the show.
Once we were done playing around in the park we went on an adventure! I had been wanting to photograph on a parking deck for quite some time to get a different view of the city. Sure, Jackson Street bridge is great for engagement photos, but why not get a different skyline view?
After scouting the Downtown area, I found this parking deck! How about that State Capitol view?! It’s so fun to try out new locations and explore with my couples. You can literally make your engagement session anything you want it to be!

Shortly after moving to Atlanta, we had our favorite meal (tapas!) at would become one of our favorite restaurants and then headed downtown for a dessert and cocktail. We rode the glass elevator 72 floors to The Sun Dial, which offers 360-degree views of Atlanta. Clark told me look through to telescope. When I looked back at him, he was down on one knee with the most beautiful ring in hand. We shared a glass of bubbly and vanilla bean crème brûlée (our favorite).
The next morning, Clark surprised me with a trip to Florida. We had not announced our engagement yet, which made traveling through the airport with a ring on my finger and this secret between us that much more exiting. We enjoyed bike rides along the beach, lunch overlooking the water, and simply basking in the joy of this relationship milestone."
